These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Remote Services Academy™ (“RSA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) including our website, portal, courses, programs, templates, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18+ to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2) Program Access and Delivery

RSA offers on-demand courses and cohort-based programs. RSA may modify content, schedules, instructors, and delivery methods to improve the experience. Access terms may vary by product.

3) Payments, Billing, and Access Suspension

You authorize RSA (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, RSA may suspend access until resolved.

4) Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund/Cancellation Policy presented at checkout and/or published on our site. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5) No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer

RSA provides education and training. We do not guarantee:

specific income outcomes

business success

client acquisition

employment or job placement

Results depend on many factors including effort, skill, market conditions, and execution.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

share, resell, or disclose your login access

copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell RSA materials without written permission

harass, threaten, or abuse staff or students

attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or misuse the platform

use the Services for unlawful purposes

RSA may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by RSA are owned by RSA or licensed to RSA and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

8) Community Standards

If RSA provides calls, groups, or communities, you agree to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. RSA may remove participants to protect the learning environment.

9) Third-Party Services

RSA may reference third-party tools (including POV CRM and others). RSA is not responsible for third-party services, pricing, availability, outages, or terms.

10) Termination

RSA may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for security/legal reasons. You may stop using Services at any time.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” RSA disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. RSA’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to RSA for the product giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSA from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15) Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the courts located in United States Of America, unless otherwise required by law.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
