Use RSA honestly, protect the content, and follow the enrollment process.
RSA provides education, structured application pathways, course access, and related support. You are responsible for accurate information, timely payment, respectful conduct, and safeguarding your account. Access is personal and may not be shared, copied, resold, or used to build competing course materials.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Remote Services Academy™ (“RSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, submitting a form, creating an account, purchasing or accessing a course, using the member portal, or participating in an RSA program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use RSA services. Additional written terms, order forms, instructor agreements, affiliate terms, or program-specific conditions may also apply. Where a signed or product-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for that service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Most RSA programs are designed for adults, and certain applications or paid services may require participants to be at least 18 years old.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Account access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or made available to another person.
3. Applications, Reviews, and Admission
Submitting an application for Business Starter, Lead Operator, Scale Lab, Authority, an instructor role, an affiliate role, or another selective program does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, access, or a particular result.
RSA may evaluate readiness, experience, business stage, program fit, available capacity, prior completion, conduct, and other relevant information. We may approve, defer, request additional information, place an applicant in nurture, or decline an application at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Approved applicants may receive a private enrollment or payment link. Public application forms are not substitutes for final acceptance, payment confirmation, or portal activation.
4. Enrollment, Course Access, and Program Progression
Course access begins only after the required enrollment, payment, approval, or administrative confirmation has been completed. Access may vary by product and may be self-paced, cohort-based, instructor-led, subscription-based, time-limited, or otherwise described at checkout.
Some RSA stages require prior learning, readiness review, or completion of an earlier stage. You may not bypass application, payment, progression, or access controls through technical means, shared credentials, false information, or another person’s account.
RSA may update course lessons, schedules, instructors, materials, assignments, technology, or delivery methods to maintain quality and relevance. When a material change affects a paid program, RSA will use reasonable efforts to communicate appropriate next steps.
5. Payments, Prices, and Billing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly stated. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount presented at checkout, including any clearly disclosed taxes, fees, installments, or recurring charges.
Payment plans and recurring subscriptions, when offered, continue according to the checkout terms until completed or cancelled. Failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may result in delayed enrollment, suspended access, collection activity, or cancellation of participation.
RSA may use third-party payment processors. Your payment may also be subject to the processor’s own terms, identity-verification rules, and fraud-prevention procedures.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
Refund and cancellation rights vary by product, format, access status, jurisdiction, and any specific promise shown at checkout. The product page, private enrollment form, checkout page, order confirmation, or signed agreement will state the controlling refund terms for that purchase.
| Product Type | General Treatment | Controlling Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Crash Course | Any stated refund window applies only as described at checkout or in the order confirmation. | Crash Course checkout and receipt |
| Individual Courses | Eligibility may depend on timing, course access, module completion, downloads, and attendance. | Course enrollment page or checkout |
| Live Cohorts or Workshops | Cancellation rights may change once a cohort begins, seats are allocated, or live delivery has occurred. | Cohort or workshop terms |
| Application-Only Programs | Deposits, installments, onboarding, and cancellation terms are stated in the private offer or enrollment agreement. | Private enrollment form or contract |
| Digital Downloads or Templates | These may be non-refundable after access or download, except where required by law. | Product page and checkout |
To request a cancellation, refund review, or billing correction, contact [email protected] with the name, email address, product, and transaction details associated with the purchase.
7. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct
You agree not to misuse RSA, interfere with the platform, or harm other participants. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sharing account access or allowing unauthorized use of paid content.
- Copying, recording, scraping, reproducing, redistributing, selling, or publishing protected course materials.
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting website, form, payment, or portal functions.
- Harassing, threatening, discriminating against, impersonating, or exploiting students, instructors, affiliates, staff, or partners.
- Submitting false application, identity, payment, business, or performance information.
- Using RSA communities, contact information, or learner lists for unsolicited promotion, recruiting, scraping, or spam.
- Engaging in conduct that violates law, third-party rights, or applicable platform policies.
8. Intellectual Property and License
RSA and its licensors retain all rights in the website, course videos, lessons, curriculum, templates, frameworks, graphics, trademarks, software, assignments, and other materials. Purchasing or accessing a product gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own learning and internal business use, subject to these Terms.
Unless RSA gives written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sublicense, sell, white-label, publish, publicly perform, or create a competing educational product from RSA materials. Templates specifically marked for client or business use may be adapted for your own operations, but the underlying template may not be resold or distributed as a standalone product.
9. Student Work, Assignments, and Other User Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as assignments, business information, comments, feedback, portfolio material, or course proposals. You grant RSA a limited license to host, review, process, display, and use that content as necessary to provide the service, evaluate an application, give feedback, administer a program, and meet legal obligations.
RSA will not publicly use your name, testimonial, likeness, case study, or confidential business information for marketing without appropriate permission. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or law.
10. Instructor Participation
Instructor applications are subject to review and do not guarantee approval, publication, revenue, enrollment volume, or launch timing. Approved instructors may be required to sign a separate instructor agreement covering revenue share, content ownership, quality standards, updates, student support, taxes, refunds, intellectual property, termination, and payout timing.
Instructors must present accurate qualifications and results, maintain professional conduct, comply with RSA curriculum standards, and avoid deceptive or guaranteed-income claims. The specific instructor agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
11. Affiliate Participation
Affiliate applications are subject to approval. Approved affiliates may receive tracking links and marketing materials under separate affiliate terms. Commissions are based on valid, tracked, approved transactions and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate attribution, cancelled purchases, or policy violations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship, follow advertising and consumer-protection laws, use accurate claims, and avoid spam, impersonation, trademark abuse, bidding on restricted terms, misleading urgency, or income guarantees. RSA may withhold or reverse commissions connected to invalid or noncompliant activity.
12. Educational, Business, and Results Disclaimer
RSA provides education, frameworks, tools, templates, support, and learning experiences. We do not guarantee employment, clients, revenue, profit, business growth, certification recognition, investment returns, admission to an advanced stage, or any other specific outcome.
Results vary based on experience, decisions, effort, implementation, market conditions, pricing, service quality, location, competition, and many factors outside RSA’s control. Examples, calculators, testimonials, scenarios, and case studies are illustrative and are not promises of typical or future results.
RSA content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Consult qualified advisers for decisions requiring professional judgment.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
RSA may integrate or link to payment processors, CRM tools, forms, email services, video platforms, calendars, analytics, social networks, learning-management systems, and other third-party services. RSA does not control independent third-party availability, security, terms, content, or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party service may create a separate relationship between you and that provider. RSA is not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent third party, except where responsibility cannot be excluded by law.
14. Service Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RSA services are provided on an “as available” basis. We use reasonable efforts to operate a reliable, secure, high-quality platform, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature, instructor, lesson, or third-party integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption arising from use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, RSA’s aggregate liability relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount you paid RSA for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
15. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
RSA may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for nonpayment, account sharing, misuse, security risk, fraud, harassment, infringement, unlawful activity, repeated policy violations, or material breach of these Terms.
You may stop using RSA at any time. Ending access does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations, reverse completed services, or create a refund right. Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.
16. Changes to Services or Terms
RSA may improve, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, curriculum, pricing, application process, member portal, or related services. We may also update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, product, or technology changes.
The effective date will be updated when these Terms change. Material changes may be announced on the website, in the portal, by email, or through another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing Terms, Disputes, and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to RSA’s operating entity and the specific transaction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact RSA and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable checkout, order form, program agreement, instructor agreement, or affiliate agreement, form the complete agreement for the relevant service.
